I ...What a lovely looking bowl of oats that is too! I was feeling the guilt too I haven't exercise since Tuesday because of my stupid toe so have just been relaxing and eating way, way to much! I finally did an hour of yoga and half hour of target toning today and boy did it feel good! Now I know I needed the break and shall just get back to it from now on, so enjoy your time because you know you can get to it after. I've actually kept up with my every other day schedule that I'm supposed to keep normally (ha, never happens when the internship is going on). I'm trying to get caught up on everything, and it's so nice to have a break!<br /><br />It's so snowy here in MI and much different than St. Louis, so running has been a little bit of a challenge. I do have a gym that I can go to, so that's been helping, and I try to go hiking at the park, too. Yogadownload.com has some really great (and free) yoga videos.
